Farmgirl Saison
First brewed in 2013 and it won gold at a Homebrew competition for Belgian/French beers. Our rustic Wallonian farmhouse Saison features some citrus aromas and flavours. Finishing dry and very drinkable. Now a firm springtime favourite.
W4 London Porter
Old school London Porters are all about a complex malt profile with brown malt featuring up front. Our version has five malts, 20% being brown malt like it should be, and is almost stout black but smooth and balanced. Three English hops provide the background bitterness.
Southwold Pirate
An easy going American Pale Ale. A bit darker than the usual APA as we spice it up with a dash of Red Crystal Rye in the mash. Leading the hop charge is Columbus with Motueka & Citra in the whirlpool. With a big dose of Citra dry hopping this beer will be hazy!
Independence Pale Ale
The beer of Patriots and Tyrants!
Each batch of our American IPA features a changing hop schedule where we try new varieties released from growers.
Belgian Wit
Over the years this has become our most popular beer. Typical Belgian Wit made with 100% Belgian malts and over 50% of being wheat. Coriander and dried orange peel together with our secret ingredient making this a unique and thirst quencher for the summer.
